Rental Holidays - Terms and the Conditions

General Terms
The Terms and the Conditions of using www.rumz.ro and www.rentalrumz.com ( named as follows : “Terms and Conditions”) establish which are the conditions for any persons to visit or access www.rumz.ro and www.rentalrumz.com ( named as follows : “sites” and/or "Rumz.ro", respectively “Rentalrumz.com") and also which are the conditions for can using in any way the services offered through these sites ( named as follows : “Rumz.ro and Rentalrumz.com services”) These Terms and Conditions have the value of a convention signed between SAF S.R.L. ( named as follows : “SAF”) and any other person who visits or accesses the sites mentioned or who wants to actually use the Rumz.ro si Rentalrumz.com services ( named as follows : “user”). SAF has the quality of owner and the site’s manager and also the quality of service provider. Refusing the Terms and the Conditions or any other provision between them, require the person who visits or accesses the sites or who wants to use the sites to stop this kind of activity. So the activity of visiting, accessing of the sites, or any other pages or using the Rumz.ro and Rentalrumz.com services, and also the activity of using any other components of the sites means a total and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any other provision of these.

According to the requirements of the Law nr.677/2001 concerning the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and free movement of such data, with subsequent modifications, SAF will manage safely and only for specified purposes, personal information provided by users. Users are informed that their provided information are processed in order to provide optimum conditions for the SAF online services, services of supply goods and services, advertising services, marketing and advertising services statistics. If the users want, they can provide any personal information for creating a valid account and for their benefit of having the services offered by SAF. Contests
The users who participates to the contests organized by SAF are bind to fully respect these Terms and Conditions and also the Regulation imposed by each contest. During the contest, the changing of the personal data, the changing of the identity, the lease or the sale to third parties of the prizes, the ownership of multiple accounts in order to increase chances of winning, are prohibited. Any other violation of the Terms and Conditions or of the Regulation lead to disqualification of the competitor. Limitation of Liability

Change Terms and Conditions
SAF has the right to change anytime and in any condition stipulated in any provision of the Terms and Conditions, without any prior notification and without having to meet any other formality to users. Any change is fully and unconditionally accepted by site users, simply by using or accessing any facilities provided by sites or services and Rumz.ro Rentalrumz.com or by accessing the sites, always spoke after making the change, and not accepting any changes the user draws the obligation to immediately cease accessing sites and / or use the services of Rumz.ro and Rentalrumz.com.

Governing Law. Litigation
